Second: Return Period
You can submit a return request within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

After this period has expired, we unfortunately cannot accept any return requests.

Third: Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

Discounted items included in sales or clearance items, unless they are damaged or not as described.

Provide us with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for the return.

After reviewing the case, return instructions will be sent to you via email.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, acceptance or rejection will be confirmed.

Fifth: Refund
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same method of payment within a maximum of 10 business days.

Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the error is ours.

Sixth: Shipping upon Return
The customer bears the shipping costs upon return, unless the product is defective or a mistake is ours.
